What is the Redeeming Queue?
The Redeeming Queue is a special "cloud" storage for your items. You can only retrieve items from the queue; you cannot manually place items into it. You can access the Redeeming Queue by pressing the 'L' key (by default).
How do items get into the Redeeming Queue?
Items are sent to your redeeming queue automatically in a few specific situations:
- Your Plot Expires: When your plot's timer runs out, all constructions, chests, and market stalls that were placed within the original circular area of your plot are moved to your queue. Read more about plot statuses here.
- Market Sale Canceled: If a market stall owner cancels one of your sale offers, the items from that offer are returned to your queue.
- Market Plot Expires: If a market stall you were selling items on expires (because the plot owner did not maintain it), your active sale offers will be transferred to your queue.
How do I get my items from the queue?
To redeem your items, open the queue (default 'L' key) and drag the items into your inventory. However, there are several important limitations:
- Location Requirement: You must be physically standing on one of your own active plots OR inside a Petra Dei camp.
- Valley Requirement: Items from an expired plot or cancelled market sale can only be redeemed in the same valley where the plot/market was originally located. (e.g., Items from a plot in Tyr-Ancien-Gravas can only be redeemed while you are in the Tyr-Ancien-Gravas valley).
- Avatar Requirement: Items from a cancelled market sale are locked to the avatar that originally created the sale offer. You must be logged in with that specific character to see and redeem them.
- Inventory: You should have space in your inventory to redeem an item.
I think I'm missing items. Where are they?
This is a common point of confusion. Please check the following:
- Plot Extensions are NOT Saved: Only items and structures placed within the original, circular border of your plot are moved to the redeeming queue. Anything placed on a plot extension is left behind and becomes public for other players to take. Read more here.
- Deleted Avatars: If you delete an avatar, any active market sales that character had are permanently lost. They will not be transferred to the redeeming queue of another character.
