What are the tokens?

Plot tokens are the main currency needed to maintain your own plot of land. One plot token allows you to keep your plot active for a period of 1 month.

How to use plot tokens?

In order to place a plot you will have to create Plot Slot. Creating the plot slot consumes 1 token and will be active for 1 month.

What is the plot slot?

Active plot slot allows you to place a plot in the selected area. You can release the plot and place it again until the plot slot is active. You can turn on auto renewal option which will consume another token when the slot expires.

Important note: be extra careful while managing the plot slots and tokens:

• Once the token has been used to purchase a plot of land, it is not possible to cancel the transaction and recover the token.
• Releasing the plot or deleting avatar will not return the token. Your slot is still active for given period of time.
• Plot slots are tied to the region. You won't be able to use your slot in different server between EU, NA and SEA. However, you can use an empty slot in another Valley, Province, or even Shard until it is within the same region.
• Auto renewal option will not consume the token if the plot slot is empty (no plot)
• You can extend the duration of your plot by another month by spending another token. If you don't want to spend tokens in advance, be careful when using them.

How to get more tokens?

If you are out of tokens but the plot slot expiration date is near or you would like to expand your building territory go to the shop in game and select the subscription plan or token bundle that suits you the best.

I am missing my tokens, what should I do?

If you feel you are missing the plot token on your account please contact our support team to investigate. Before doing so, please make sure:

• You have not extended your plot slot duration for additional month
• You have not consumed the token on different region
• You have linked your 3rd party account to your Pax Dei account
• You contact us from the account with active license
• Provide necessary details like account ID (Steam, Epic, Xbox), alternatively your avatar name and region.
