Can I switch my avatar to a different region?

Unfortunately, once you create an avatar in a specific region (SEA, US or EU), it is permanently tied to that region. There is currently no option to transfer avatars between regions.

Is it possible to change the selected shard?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer this character transfer service between shards. However, we can assure you that we are working on it. 

How can I avoid this issue in the future?

When starting, carefully select the desired region to ensure it aligns with your preferences and location. Double-check your choice before creating your avatar.
