Other players are building constructions that are disrupting my gameplay. What can I do?

We understand how important a positive and enjoyable gaming experience is, and we’re here to help. In this game, social interactions and relationships with other players are a key part of the experience.

If you’re facing issues such as:

• Players blocking access to your plot,
• Building inappropriate constructions, or
• Creating obstacles that lower your enjoyment,

here’s what we recommend:

1. Try dialogue first. We encourage you to communicate with your neighbors to resolve the issue. Often, a friendly conversation can lead to a mutual understanding and a solution.

2. If the situation becomes unmanageable, such as when your access to your plot is entirely blocked or the game becomes unplayable for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. While we currently don’t have in-game tools to handle such cases, we’re committed to assisting you as best as we can.
