Important note following server crash - Issues with graphic settings

Following the recent server crash (that happened around 4pm UTC on June 21 ), it’s possible that some of you are experiencing issues with your graphics settings.

If your graphic settings have been corrupted after the recent crash, we advise you to do the following:

• Close your game client
• Open the Start menu, paste the following text and press Enter: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\PaxDei\Saved\SaveGames\
• From this folder, delete the file: GraphicSettings.sav
• Open the Start menu, paste the following text and press Enter: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\PaxDei\Saved\Config\WindowsClient\
• From this folder, delete the file: GameUserSettings.ini
• Run your game client and you should now be using default user settings (audio settings, graphics settings & key binds)
• From here you can customize your settings again as needed
