Error 203: Connection Timeout

If you are receiving this error message, it means you might have problem preventing a connection to the zone server:

1. Check out our "Service Status" section, we might be in Maintenance mode or troubleshooting an issue on our end.
   You can also find this information on our Public Discord Channel 
2. If you are using an antivirus or firewall, it could lead to the connection attempt timing out: 
   
   • Consider temporarily disabling your antivirus or firewall to see if it resolves the issue when attempting to reconnect.
     If it does, then please refer to your Software documentation to know how to permanently whitelist the game (and our launcher if relevant)
     
     
3. Last but not least, please verify that your computer's specifications are above our minimal requirements.
   For instance, a slow HDD could be a reason why the connection could timeout.
