You could need to access our logs if you are tech-savvy or because our Support team asked you to provide logs to troubleshoot an issue!
If you need assistance troubleshooting the launcher issue, please contact us and make sure to attach the launcher logs files (from the two folders listed below) and your DxDiag.

Launcher logs when playing with the Pax Dei Launcher:
- C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Pax Dei Launcher\logs\
- C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\LauncherElectron\logs\

Alternate method:
- Copy the line below (CTRL C) and paste it (CTRL V) into the Windows search (press the Windows key to open it):
- %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Pax Dei Launcher\logs\
- Then, click on the folder proposed.
- Then do the same with this second line:
- %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\LauncherElectron\logs\
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need assistance troubleshooting Game installation or update issues. If you are using our Launcher, attach your DxDiag and your Game logs (plus the launcher logs if you play through the Launcher).

- Go on the Microsoft support site to learn how to save the Dxdiag logs.
Important Note: If you don't see the folders listed above, you must enable "Show hidden files and folders" to see the directory "Appdata." If you need help with how to do so, please follow these Microsoft instructions.
