I bought a second copy of the game but did not receive the extra plots.

Thank you for being so passionate about our game that you have decided to buy another licence!

Please note that you can only associate one licence with each Pax Dei account. Purchasing another copy of the game will not result in you having more than 4 plots available on the same account. In order to take advantage of the benefits of owning a second copy of the game, you must create a second Pax Dei account.

If your second licence was purchased via Steam, please remember not to link your Steam account to a Pax Dei account that already has the game purchased. Similarly, in the opposite direction, if you are currently using a steam licence and have an associated Pax Dei account and want to purchase another one through our website, do so from your new Pax Dei account.

If you encounter any difficulties, please contact our support team for assistance. In order to resolve your case efficiently, please remember to provide as much information as possible, especially such as the email addresses of your Pax Dei accounts or your unique (17 digit) steam account ID.
