There are two ways of Linking or Unlinking your account:
From the game client:
Link
This is the easiest way and the one we recommend.
Linking from the client will allow you to use your own Discord account to communicate in-game AND to be recognized by our Discord BOT, which will grant you specific roles and accesses based on your purchase.
- Enter the game with your avatar,
- Open the chat interface (default key: Enter),
- Click on "Settings",
- Click on the "Sign in with Discord" button.
A new window will open:
- If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to authenticate with Discord. If you were already authenticated, the flow will automatically jump to the next point.
- You will be prompted to grant permission to share some information from this provider with us.
- Click on "Accept" or "Authorize".
Your account is now linked to Discord!
Unlink
Open the in-game chat and click on the chat settings on the left side of the navigation, where you can find the unlink button.
A simple click and confirm will unlink your Discord account from both of our internal systems (In-game chat and our Discord BOT).
From the Account Management page:
Link
Linking from the Account Management page will only allow you to be recognized by our Discord BOT, which will grant you specific roles and accesses on the Pax Dei official server based on your purchase.
- Visit the account.playpaxdei.com website,
- Connect to the Account Management,
- Visit the "Linked Accounts" section,
- Click on "Link" next to the Discord icon.
A new window will open:
- You will be prompted to authenticate with Discord if you are not logged in. If you were already authenticated, the flow will automatically jump to the next point.
- You will be prompted to grant permission to share some information from this provider with us.
- Click on "Accept" or "Authorize".
Your account is now linked to Discord!
Unlink
You can either follow the instructions on how to link and then unlink from the Game client; or alternatively, you can contact us
