To contact our Support team, you need a Pax Dei account.
However, you can consult our Knowledge base without having an account.
If you already have one (because you played or signed up for Alpha):
- Go to account.playpaxdei.com
- Log in to your account
- Go into the Linked accounts section
- Link the Steam account where you purchased the game
If you never created a Pax Dei account, you must create one:
- Go to account.playpaxdei.com and click on Register at the bottom
- Create your Pax Dei account
- Verify your email
- Go into the Linked accounts section
- Link the Steam account where you purchased the game
--> Now you can go to support.playpaxdei.com and Submit a Ticket to our support team!
