As a Steam player, how can I contact the support?

To contact our Support team, you need a Pax Dei account.

However, you can consult our Knowledge base without having an account.

If you already have one (because you played or signed up for Alpha):

• Go to account.playpaxdei.com
• Log in to your account
• Go into the Linked accounts section
• Link the Steam account where you purchased the game

If you never created a Pax Dei account, you must create one:

• Go to account.playpaxdei.com and click on Register at the bottom
• Create your Pax Dei account
• Verify your email
• Go into the Linked accounts section
• Link the Steam account where you purchased the game

--> Now you can go to support.playpaxdei.com and Submit a Ticket to our support team!
