Error 105: Account deletion request

If you are receiving this error message, it means that you have a pending account deletion request.
For obvious reason, as soon as you submit the Account Deletion request we are blocking your ability to enter the game, until our system process automatically the request.

If for whatever reason (you changed your mind, the request didn't come from you, etc) you want to cancel this Account Deletion request, we cannot stress enough how important it is to do the following ASAP:

1. Visit your "My open requests" page
2. Locate & open the "Account Deletion" request in your list.
3. On the right, you will see a button "Abandon". Click on it!
4. Verify that the status of the ticket moved to "Abandoned".

If unfortunately it is too late and the account has been deleted, please note that there is absolutely nothing that we will be able to do. We will neither be able to rollback anything nor compensate you for any potential loss.
