If you have purchased the base version of the game and would like to enjoy the benefits of the Artisan or Master pack, visit the Pax Dei page in the Epic Games Store and purchase the DLC you are interested in.
Note that both the Artisan and Master Founder's Packs are separate content DLC. This means that in order to use all the enhancements (e.g. have 4 plots available) you need to buy them both.
