Important Things to Know Before Contacting Support:
- Avatar in a Clan?
Avatars cannot be removed or transferred if they are currently part of a clan. Please ensure the avatar leaves any clans they’re associated with before proceeding.
- Plot Placement in the World
If your avatar has placed a plot in the world, they cannot be moved. Release any plots held by the avatar to make them eligible for transfer.
- Redeemable Items
If you’ve redeemed items from the queue, please be aware that we are unable to restore materials, items, or crafted goods that have already been redeemed or used. We recommend avoiding any item redemptions until the transfer process is complete.
- Avatar Inventory Transfers
Items in your avatar’s inventory should transfer along with the avatar if the transfer remains within the same region. Make sure to check that all items you need are within your avatar’s inventory.

Which ticket type do we pick? There isn't one for this type of issue.
I found it. Click "submit a ticket" button at the top-right of this page. Click on "Technical assistance". On the dropdown menu is the choice of "Wrong shard selection after wipe".
