Missing items in my redeeming stash

If you’re noticing that some items are missing from your redeeming stash, here are a few reasons that may explain it:

Why Some Items Might Be Missing

• Location of Item Placement Before Maintenance
  Your redeeming stash only includes items that were placed on your own plot prior to the Proving Grounds maintenance. If any construction elements or items from chests were placed on a Clanmate’s plot, those items now belong to that Clanmate.
• Removal of Certain Items from the Game
  Some items have been permanently removed as part of recent updates. You can find a list of these removed items in the patch notes for the latest game update.
• Tool Tier Adjustments
  Tool tier levels have been updated, and some tools, such as steel pickaxe, may appear missing because they were renamed and adjusted to a different tier.
