I pre-purchased a Founder's Pack (Steam Edition) but didn't receive my key

    If you pre-purchased a Founder's Pack for Steam on PlayPaxDei.com between June 4 and June 18, please note that you will receive your Steam key by email (the one used to purchase the game) when Early Access starts on June 18, at 12:00 UTC. 

    If you didn't receive your key after this time, please contact our payment partner Xsolla through their support website.
