Early Access - I bought a Founder's pack on your website, but I did not receive any key

If you buy a Steam key for a Founder's pack before June 18th, your key will be sent when Early Access starts on June 18th.

You will also receive two emails from our partner Xsolla quickly after the purchase:

• One is your receipt; it is sent by mailer@xsolla.com, and his subject is 'Your receipt for Pax Dei No. XXX' where XXX is the transaction number;
• The second is sent by noreply@xsolla.com and its subject is 'Thank you for your purchase!' and say:

Review your purchased items Pax Dei (Pack name - Steam) (Steam) We`ll email access details to EMAIL after the beta version launch (if applicable) or the official release scheduled for 06/18/2024.

As usual, check your spam folders; some email services can be pretty harsh when flagging emails for spam.

If you buy a Launcher key, you will receive one email from our partner Xsolla quickly after the purchase:

• Your receipt is sent by mailer@xsolla.com, and his subject is 'Your receipt for Pax Dei No. XXX' where XXX is the transaction number;
• And your account is automatically flagged for the game.

On June 18th, you will receive another email from Xsolla with instructions for downloading the game. You can also find these instructions in our dedicated article, where you can already download, install, and log into our launcher. However, you won't be able to download the game yet, but we will try to give you the option to pre-download it a bit earlier.
